OK so tonight I am a little blog happy and posted a ton of photos from yesterday! I had a great couple that allowed me to have complete artistic freedom and really wanted a more modern look to their images. Yay!! The wedding had a very unique look about it! All of the decor, flowers, the brides veils (she had two) and details were hand made of vintage materials. The wedding was held at the Cathedral of Christ the King in downtown Atlanta. The church was amazing! It had beautiful arch ways and stained glass windows. The reception was at Le Bam, which is an awesome design/art studio that also hosts events! The food was delicious and the cake topper was one of the most adorable toppers I have yet seen! Mary and her staff from Affordable Events and My Catering did an awesome job!

We had a small injury after this shot but I am glad everyone was such a great sport about it!
It was worth it don’t you think?

I scooped up the bride and groom to get a quick shot right after the ceremony while we still had some day light (left). The image on the right was taken at about 9:00pm with the available light. I love the vibrance of the night sky mixed with the lights above.

The wedding was not over until 8:30pm and by the time we finished the family photos inside it was completely dark out! We managed to do some fun slow exposures (left) but I included the image on the right just so you could see how dark it actually was! Crazy!

Even Lisa’s shoes were vintage!

Like I said, I felt really creative yesterday and I got this shot with a slow exposure while zooming the lens in and out!

Have fun Lisa and Collin! Your wedding was inspiring!
