One of the things I love about being a photographer is meeting people from all religions and cultures. As a photographer you are immediately accepted by your subjects. You are allowed into personal moments without question. This acceptance allows me to experience new people, families, cultures, and perspectives. I was able to have this type of experience on Sunday with the Dey family. They were so warm and funny. I loved my time with them! We began our shoot at their home in some of the traditional Indian attire and then changed locations to a garden area downtown. They are a very loving family and I could see the closeness they have with one another. Throughout the session we were fighting to beat the rain and won! Just as we wrapped up it began to pour! I had a blast with all of you! Thank you so much for your kindness!
